Accer iconia B Budget Tablet Review

Acer is all set to launch an Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system based tablet in India, before the end of January . The 7 inch tablet has been priced at Rs 7999.

This light-weight tablet will weight around 320 grams only running on the 1.2 GHz dual-core MediaTek Processor. The tablet will be called Iconia B and will add to the Iconia B series.

The tablet has a 512 MB of RAM and 8 GB of storage. You can immediately expand the storage by up to 32 GB with the microSD card. The tablet offers connectivity via Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi. The tablet also support a front facing camera for video chatting

The tablet will be no scorcher but it will offer decent performance at a very attractive price point. While there are tablets with similar or even better specification are available they are all from Indian brands. The Acer Iconia B will thus be the cheapest from an MNC brand and should come with very good quality level and refinement, something most low cost tablets lack. With this budget tablet Acer has jumped into the bandwagon of budget tablets in India. weight
